Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to WAN 3.0 at wan3video.org. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WAN 3.0 provides tools that submit text or image instructions to third-party AI systems to create video and images. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or similar to other content. Features may change during the beta period.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and take responsibility for activity performed through your WAN 3.0 account. You may not share, sell, or misuse another person’s account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or impersonate another person.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in prompts, reference images, and lawful outputs. You grant WAN 3.0 the limited rights needed to process, transmit, store, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. Do not present generated content as factual evidence without independent verification.
6. Credits and beta access
Credits are a service usage unit, not money, and have no cash value. Free credits may expire or be changed. Paid checkout is not currently available. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, renewal, refunds, taxes, and credit delivery will be shown before purchase.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Generation can be delayed or fail because of maintenance, safety controls, provider limits, or network conditions. Failed eligible tasks may receive an automatic credit refund.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. WAN 3.0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
