LEGAL / PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how WAN 3.0 handles information when you use wan3video.org, sign in, or generate video and images.
1. Information we collect
We collect Google account details you authorize, such as name, email address, and profile image; prompts and uploaded reference images; generated video and image task details and results; account credits and plan status; and basic device, security, and service logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, operate generation and history features, maintain credits, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, communicate service changes, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Information is processed by providers needed to operate WAN 3.0, including Google for sign-in, APIMart and its model providers for video and image generation, and the hosting, database, security, and delivery services used by wan3video.org. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Prompts, uploads, and outputs
Prompts and reference content are transmitted to the generation provider to perform your request. Generation metadata and result links are stored with your account so History works across sessions. Do not upload confidential content or personal data you are not authorized to use.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for OAuth state, sign-in sessions, security, and returning you to the requested page. The service does not currently use advertising cookies.
6. Retention
Account and generation records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Provider-hosted result links may expire independently. We may retain limited security logs after account data is removed.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, when you direct us to, to protect users and the service, or where required by law.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries different from yours where our providers operate.
9. Your choices and rights
You may stop using the service, sign out, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Your local law may provide additional privacy rights. Send requests from the email connected to your account.
10. Children and contact
WAN 3.0 is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@wan3video.org.
